The terraces community is a prestigious neighborhood of townhomes located on a sunny hilltop steps from chairlifts one and 10. When you arrive at Terraces 602, you'll notice the stunning views of the rocky mountains throughout the home. The living room has high vaulted ceilings that enhance the room's sense of space, while a gorgeous dual-sided fireplace adds a touch of sophistication and comfort. The living room has a comfortable selection of deluxe leather couches, warm vintage mountain decor, and a significant HDTV. The stylish kitchen is tucked into an alcove around the corner and offers sumptuous timber cabinetry and thick granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a microwave, integrated dishwasher, and gas range, plus several stainless steel appliances that make it a blast to cook something up here. A long island bar allows for comfortable seating in the kitchen, while the nearby dining table has plenty of space for more formal meals with views towards the lush mountain ranges.
