Our large covered patio looks out upon 200 year old oak trees and a huge, very private feeling yard perfect for kids and/or dogs. There are 2 sitting areas under the covered patio plus an outdoor kitchen with a grill, water faucet & outdoor fridge to make sure you have all you need for a great bbq experience!
Your well behaved pups are welcome - we aim to be great neighbors so make sure your pups are well behaved, stay off furniture and don't bark loudly so we can keep the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. $30 per pup for your entire stay.

You will wake up on a very quiet street in a 2 story home that is hugged by 200 year old oak trees with beautiful tree branches out of every window.
You will have the entire home and gigantic backyard to yourself! The home has a unique setup that creates sight lines to the giant oaks from most rooms and would be fun and memorable for a family or group of friends.

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10PM or move the fun indoors. We have noise monitors that don't record audio to help with this. We also have outdoor video cameras above the front door, driveway, and main patio - we don't review any footage unless there is an issue.....your privacy is important to us.
We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home, a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.
