Welcome to The Touchstone by Boutiq! Located in Mountain Village in the stunning Colorado Rocky Mountains, this picturesque ski-in/ski-out spacious log cabin epitomizes luxury mountain retreat living. This nearly 5,000 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, two large living areas, a ski room, two fireplaces (including one of the only wood-burning fireplaces in Mountain Village), and an unparalleled grotto-like primary bathroom covered in river rocks.
The Space:
This two-story custom-built log cabin (with garage suite) is the perfect place for families and groups who enjoy being near the ski-town action, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet privacy of the mountains. The main house entry level features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, ski room, and primary bedroom with ensuite grotto-like bathroom with an oversized tub* and shower surrounded by river rocks and heated floors, and amazing views of the surrounding landscape.
Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms, 2 that share a bathroom and another primary room that has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also another large living space with a TV and fireplace. The garage suite features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living space, and a kitchenette. Balconies wrap around the entry level of the main house to provide exceptional views of the San Sophia Ridge, which can also be enjoyed from the private hot tub.
*Please note: The primary bathroom tub is under renovation and is unavailable at this time. The primary shower is in full working order.
*This home is not child friendly, and no kids under 8 will be permitted.
Guest Access:
Guests will enter the home using a smart lock. The code will be provided the morning of check-in. The home is ski-in/ski-out and will require a ski pass that guests will purchase separately from the Telluride Ski Resort.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Telluride’s beautiful Mountain Village, this home is near everything that the area has to offer, from world class skiing and biking, to fantastic restaurants and shopping. Mountain Village offers a free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service into town, providing easy access to all attractions. Your group will love being tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering you the privacy and seclusion of an alpine retreat, while still being located near the lifts and only a 3-minute drive from the parking lot gondola.
This home is ski-in/ski-out and located on the Double Cabin run. It's on Lift 10, the Sunshine Express.
Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the house, as the parking lot gondola is about a 3 minute drive away. All of Mountain Village and Telluride are walkable though if you prefer! The main gondola is free and directly connects Mountain Village to Telluride.
Other Things to Note:
1) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: overlooking the garage, front door, ski path and all entrances.
2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
3) Other notes about the home:
- The primary bathroom tub is under renovation and is unavailable for guest use at this time. The shower in that bathroom is in full working order.
- This home is not kid-friendly; children under 8 years old are not permitted.
