Welcome to our Rocky Mountain retreat!
Located smack in the middle of the Roaring Fork Valley, only 20-25 minutes from Aspen/Snowmass, Aspen-Pitkin County Airport, & Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
This furnished 2,032 square foot townhome has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and another half bath for guests. It features a gourmet kitchen, great room, and primary bedroom/bathroom on the second floor.
In addition, you'll enjoy south facing views of Light Hill Mountain (Pitkin County) with an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, beautiful brand new Pella windows and large patio door leading out to a 300+ square foot sun deck. Our property also features a fenced-in private backyard with shade trees and 2-car garage with plenty of storage space.
Of course, the property is close to some of the best skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing in the world. We are a short drive or bike ride along the Rio Grande Trail to Aspen, Snowmass, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs; and less than two-hours' drive to Beaver Creek and Vail.
What makes our location second to none? We are in the Willits Town Home neighborhood (Town of Basalt), and only five minute's walk to multiple restaurants, shops, art galleries & entertainment venues, including the TACAW (The Arts Campus at Willits). You also have two grocery stores within walking distance - Amazon's Whole Foods Market & Kroger's City Market.
Our location is safe, quiet, and peaceful, but still close enough to every imaginable amenity and outdoor activity. It helps also that we average over 300 days sunshine, despite being surrounded by the gorgeous Elk Mountains.
