Our comfortable three bedroom and two and half bathroom condo has stunning views and access to all that downtown Salida has to offer. We are within a half block of the Boathouse restaurant and adjacent to the SteamPlant event center. This is a two floor condo with the main living and a covered patio on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor (there is no elevator to the bedrooms.) The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, sound machine, television and en suite bathroom with jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a large closet and access to the second floor deck. The third bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and shares access to the top floor deck with the twin bedroom. These bedrooms both have blackout shades, sound machines and televisions. The garage is secure with two designated parking spaces. The building has a community deck outfitted with grill, table and chairs, a sink and prep area has spectacular views of the Collegiate Peaks. We also have a community game room with ping pong and foosball. We have a strict no pet policy. Anyone violating this will forfeit their security deposit.
