You will be within 5 miles of great skiing, in a peaceful neighborhood, right on the Blue River, and in a very picturesque setting. All utilities, cable, wireless, snow removal, etc. are included, as well as a 2 car garage (which is a very welcome rarity in the mountains). Hike right out the back door to fly-fish, or to follow the bike path that runs along the Blue River, right up to the Outlet stores in Silverthorne.
