The house is situated in a quiet, older neighborhood. It is not a gated community and guests may have the garage and driveway for parking. The back of the house faces west (sunsets) and is extremely private. There are also four bikes and two kayaks for guests to use. Guests can launch kayaks from the back yard. Neighborhood is great for walking/biking.
