This complex, which is beautifully landscaped, checks all of the boxes! Gated community, heated lakefront pool flanked by small ponds with water fountains, lakefront deck, hot tub, beautiful private sandy beaches, large common firepit patio with a water feature wall, grassy yard space with picnic tables and charcoal grills, tennis/pickleball court, the list goes on and on!
There is no elevator in the complex, but you will be rewarded with the view from the top! Inside our 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo, you'll walk into an open concept kitchen and immediately see past the living room to a view of Lake Erie out on the horizon. This is a clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. Consider this your "home away from home" just as our family and friends do. Pack your own toothbrush, food and beverages and leave the rest to us. This condo has central air conditioning and heat for your comfort - no window air conditioners or baseboard heat! We are located close to many attractions.
