● The dog-friendly beach is steps across the street. The community pool and on-site tennis court are both newly renovated. Walk to local fishing piers and Walmart or take a short drive to popular attractions and dining. The trolley stops half-a-block away and goes to The Strand, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens,
downtown, shopping and more for $1 each way.
● Kick back and gaze out at the Gulf view in the coastal-themed living room. Furnishings include a sofa bed, armchair, and smart TV with cable and soundbar. Step out to the balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze on a pair of bistro tables with 4 counter height Adirondack chairs for unobstructed views.
