Summer season is mid-June through mid-September. Note that the local township has limited owners to rentals of 28 days or more, so we are offering you the opportunity to reserve a stay of that length, at a discount of 7% off our regular rental rate. A fifty percent deposit is required upon reservation, plus $150 cleaning fee, $250 admin fee and $250 refundable security deposit. The balance of rent is required three weeks prior to move in.
