The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space.
The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games, and SmartTV apps on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay.
The kitchen is loaded up with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, keurig, and full size washer/dryer. The home is 2 blocks from Pearl street and 5 blocks from the walking mall. Within a few blocks you can get to 3 different parks, as well as the bike paths and Boulder creek.
There is free 3 hour parking on the street during weekly M-F 9am-7pm and completely unlimited after 7PM. We have free parking in the lot in the alley attached to the building as well.
The bus stop on the corner right out front will take you from your doorstep to the bus station (which is only about 5 blocks away anyway), and from there you can take the bus to Denver or the Airport. I certainly love taking the bus to and from the airport because it's so convenient.
