Charming coastal pool home located in Largo, Florida, and 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, shopping, restaurants, grocery, and parks. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for couples or large families. This home features plenty of space to entertain indoors as well as outdoors under the screened-in heated pool and patio.

Kitchen: The meticulously designed and decorated kitchen has plenty of space for hanging out while cooking large meals. Guests can also enjoy mimosas or evening drinks at the built-in bar top. The kitchen is fully equipped for all things cooking, a coffee pot, a blender, and in the door ice/water in the refrigerator. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Off the kitchen is a cute sitting space and window front 4 top dining set.

Living Room: Enjoy time after the beach just lounging or watching a movie in the comfortable living room.

½ Bathroom: Single vanity and toilet. No tub or shower.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is a spacious room with plenty of natural light and a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, the master bedroom also has a private entrance leading you to the private backyard with a screened-in heated pool and patio.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): The beautiful master bath has a large garden tub with jets to soak in, a huge walk-in shower, and plenty of space for getting ready with dual granite vanity tops.

Bedroom #2: The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Single vanity with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3: The third bedroom also has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.

Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Single vanity with tub/shower combo.

Outdoors: A wonderful amenity to this home is the large screened-in patio with a resort-style sectional loveseat, a 4 top dining table, a gas grill, and colorful Adirondack chairs facing the private heated pool. The entire backyard space is enclosed with a nice white privacy fence making it a cozy setting.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces. There is no grass or street parking.
