For a cozy evening, you will find a wood burning fireplace. And the bathrooms feature beautiful showers and one large freestanding soaking tub. The heart of downtown Breckenridge is 4 miles away (approximately 10 minute drive). As a bonus, moose are often seen at the cabin!

OTHER NOTES:
While we have plenty of space for everyone, and beds that can hold 8 plus the pull-out couch, this property can officially accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in compliance with our Short Term Rental (STR) Permit with Summit County. Babies and infants up to 2 years of age would not count against the 6 guest maximum.
The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in accordance with our STR Permit.
We do maintain the driveway with a very reliable plowing service anytime it snows more than 3".
