This home was built so that your entire group can enjoy your trip on the property or be extremely convenient to the front ranges` best locations. This home has 2 separate living areas with fully stocked kitchens, 4 beds, and 2 areas with couches. When you unlock the deadbolts from both sides you can turn it into a large home. There is more than enough room for everyone, just moments from the I-70 highway, set back from the street, and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
There are two dining areas that are perfect for enjoying a meal. There is the island which has 2 stools and the dining table with 4 more.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside of the property.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the laundry room with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
