This beautiful older home built in1940 is located overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with views of the waves from almost every room in this fantastic property. Relax by the pool while listening to the waves crash, watch the sailboats coming in and out of Cape Neddick, surround yourself by the gorgeous lush gardens, or sit by the pond in the front yard whilst listening to the water of the fountain, sit back by the gas fire-pit located at the point of the property with unobstructed views of the ocean.
Inside of the home, you will be in awe of the different spaces to entertain all of your guests from formal dining parties to a casual BBQ. Enter into your front conversation room with views of the garden and the gorgeous pool with the flag pole swaying in the wind. Continue through to walk to the large kitchen, prepare a fantastic dinner while enjoying a glass of wine from the convenient wine fridge next to the bar. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, double ovens, dishwasher, and is completely stocked for all of your dining needs. You will find your large freezer in the butler’s pantry with ample storage for prepping for a fantastic dinner.
Off of the kitchen, is a main floor full bathroom. Conveniently located to pop into when your spending the day around the pool.
Through double swinging doors, you will be welcomed into the formal dining area fit for you and all of your guests!
Open to the large living room- this space gives the feel of being outside with its floor to ceiling windows where you can see the ocean waves and the glorious gardens.
From the living room you will find the main floor Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Head upstairs to the beautiful library attached with a large full bathroom and again with floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a nightcap. Walk up the spiral staircase to an extra sleeping area with two full beds with beautiful views and a walk out sun bathing paradise.
Back to the front of the home, there is a wonderful bunk room with a Queen bed and two Fulls and full ensuite bathroom, perfect for those staying with families!
Through the formal entertaining area, walk upstairs to enjoy the private Primary bedroom + ensuite bathroom, lay in your King bed and watch the waves crash while seeing the boats come in after a day of deep-sea fishing. This bedroom is the only room with a mini split unit.
