The space
The house is located in the "hip" Golden Hill neighborhood and is in a prime location; within walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants and bars, and also Balboa golf course.
This spacious 3BR 2 bath, two-story home includes 10-foot ceilings, stained glass windows, and maple floors throughout. There are large windows in every room that offer plenty of bright, natural light. The large backyard is perfect for entertaining and relaxing by the fire pit. There is a large 2nd-story balcony to enjoy park views from. Enjoy a home-cooked dinner in the formal dining room, dine outside under the stars, or kick off your shoes and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace.
