PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED - Our bright and peaceful chalet does not disappoint! Find 3 floors of living space, hand-carved eaves, cathedral ceilings, bedroom balconies, wrap-around deck, grill, and gas fireplace. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the woods but only 10 minutes from N. Conway village, Story Land, Attitash, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana`s Baths; very close to Mt. Whether you’re traveling with a group of friends or as a family with children, our home will suite you well. Upstairs find three bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite with king bed and attached full bath, a second king bedroom, third queen bedroom, and shared full bath. There are walk-out balconies off both king bedrooms upstairs. The main level is an open living area with heated floors, dining nook, kitchen, and 1 half bath. The lower level includes another living room with gas fireplace, separate outdoor entrance, and fourth bedroom with twin bunk beds. Fresh linens, soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and a hair dryer are provided for you.
Our suggestions: take some time with your morning cup of coffee to observe the birch trees and wildlife from our balconies. Grab some great local food or make your own specialty at home in the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary cookware.
Guests have access to the entire property.

The house is on a scenic, quaint, and quiet cul-de-sac in the woods. You will literally be minutes from the slopes - Cranmore Mountain is just 5 minutes down the road. 10 minute drive to Attitash and 20 minutes to Wildcat. Escape to magical Nestlenook Farm for outdoor ice-skating and/or sleigh rides in a beautiful winter wonderland, only 10 minutes away. Visit a lovely covered bridge in the charming village of Jackson, just 10 minutes away as well.
In the evening, make sure to head into town (5 minute drive to North Conway) for some great food, drinks, unique shops, and plenty of local events.
Access the greatest hiking trails and scenery of the White Mountains, including Mt. Washington, Pinkham Notch, Glenn Ellis Falls, Diana`s Bath, Cathedral Ledge, and more.
In the summer: Take a 5 minute drive to Echo Lake which sits at the base of Cathedral ledge (and on the way there, stop at First Bridge to catch some excitement and see people jump into the river!). Local, private swimming holes on the Saco are also just a short walk away from the house.

Condition of house at checkout:
Lock all windows and doors, turn off lights, electronics and all water sources so they are not running/dripping/leaking.
Reset all thermostats.
Hang wet/used towels.
Trash:
Secure all trash tightly upon checkout and double-bag it if leaking. Don’t litter outside.
Separate recyclables (plastic, aluminum cans, paper, and cardboard). Failure to do so will result in $250 dump fee charged back to the guest.
Take all perishables with you.
*Septic system:
Use ONLY Scott brand toilet paper (provided).
NO FLUSHING of sanitary products, flushable baby wipes, tissues, napkins, etc. ONLY flush natural waste and Scott toilet paper.
No food down sink or in dishwasher.
Keep noise to a respectful minimum while outside at night.
Turn off all lights including outside front porch and flood lights when not in use.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.
Individual renting the house needs to be at least 25 years of age.
If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
