The Space:
This is a two story, vaulted ceiling home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, family room and dining/kitchen on the main floor. Nice size backyard overlooked by the patio that has table, chairs, umbrella, grill and firepit. A great space to base your weekend, week or month long adventure in Colorado!

Residential neighborhood with nice mix of younger and older families. Large grocery store along with local dining at the edge of this wonderful area (less than 5 mintues to drive).
Getting Around:
Residentail neighborhood. Within a few minutes there is a state park that has numerous hiking trails. About a ten minute drive to the famed Outlets at Castle Rock!
