There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of room to relax in the living room or outside around the screened in pool! The home sleeps a total of 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils, and anything needed for cooking!
We installed a pool heater in the fall of 2022 for year around enjoyment! Strong Wi-Fi as well.
The entire house is yours to enjoy! We provide keyless access upon arrival.
Other than our lawn and pool company, you will not be disturbed. We respect your privacy. As locals in the area, we are always nearby if you need to reach us. Feel free to use us as your personal concierge.
This is a nice quiet residential area, so NO PARTIES are allowed! Also, there is NO SMOKING AND NO DRUGS. Any violation of these rules will result in $500 charge per incident. We want to be respectful of our neighbors so no loud music past 10pm.
