Thank you for visiting. We are excited to have you as a guest at our wonderful Golf Course home at Pine Mountain Lake. Experience the beautiful panoramic views of the mountains while relaxing on the large outside deck or patio overlooking the fairway of the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course.
The home is located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in the town of Groveland and is only a short drive to Yosemite National Park. The home looks out over the 9th fairway of the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and area. For those that enjoy wildlife, it is quite common to see the local deer walking by.
With access to all of the amenities Pine Mountain Lake has to offer, you can enjoy the year round 18 hole championship golf course (one of the Top 15 “Best Courses to Play in Northern California”). Relax in the Country Club lounge or enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner at 'The Grill' at the clubhouse(just a short walk from the house!). There are three beaches at Pine Mountain Lake, one with boat rentals, water taxi's, and a cafe. Other activities at Pine Mountain Lake include fishing, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, hiking, an Equestrian Center, and much more...
Nearby attractions include Yosemite National Park, Lake Don Pedro, Hetch Hetchy, the historic areas of Sonora and Jamestown, Mercer Caverns, and Columbia State Park.
For winter lovers, we're located near some great ski areas; including Badger Pass, Dodge Ridge, and Bear Valley. Playing in the snow is only a short drive up the road and occasionally during winter we get snow at Pine Mountain Lake. You will love spending cozy nights by the fire after a great day on the slopes, playing in the snow, or any of the many other winter time activities the area has to offer.
All the comforts of home are offered to you. The house is large at over 2300 square feet, is nicely decorated, and fully furnished with everything for your vacation comfort. Included for your enjoyment are, Flat Screen TV's with Roku Streaming, DVD player, Large Game Room, Video Game System, Board Games, Books, Wi-Fi Internet , Vonage Phone Service, and Cordless Telephones. In addition, a Washer and Dryer are provided for your convenience.
The house is open and spacious with vaulted knotty pine ceilings offering plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. We have a large 50" wall mounted LED in the living room for your enjoyment. Step out to the large and spacious deck overlooking the golf course. Once outside, sit and relax on our comfortable patio set. We also have a large gas BBQ so you can grill while relaxing or taking in the views of the golf course. Enjoy our large stamped cement patio with additional patio set looking out to the golf course from the ground level of the home; Great for Entertaining or relaxing!
Inside, the home has 3 large bedrooms, a large furnished loft, and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is large and private and is furnished with a queen sized bed, newly updated master bathroom, walk in closet, wall mounted LCD TV, and private deck with beautiful golf course facing views. Adjoining the Master Bedroom is a large furnished loft with bunk beds and sectional couch. The bunk beds sleep 3 children comfortably with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. The second bedroom is comfortable and furnished with a queen sized bed with private access to the outside back deck. The third bedroom is furnished with full sized bed.
The house also has a large Game Room. Games include Foosball , Ping Pong, Air Hockey table, Electronic Dart Board, and classic Pac Man Arcade! The Game Room also has a wonderful view of the golf course with access to the large stamped cement patio. The Game Room can also be used to accommodate additional sleeping if needed.
Groveland is the perfect little 'Wild West' Town with history dating back to the Gold Rush era and the Iron Door Saloon is the oldest Saloon still in operation in California with live bands most weekends! There are also restaurants and cafe's in town, antique stores, boutiques, and a supermarket.
Whether you decide to relax , play some golf, ski, or visit Yosemite, your group will have everything they need for a Wonderful and Memorable vacation.
