Short stroll to Red River Beach from this bright, immaculate home nestled in very desirable area on a quiet dead end street between the quaint downtown areas of Harwich Port and Chatham. Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path just a 1/2 mile away.
Two story living space. 1st floor features master bedroom with king size bed, newly renovated full bath with tiled shower, newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, open concept living room / dining area, laundry room area and a bright airy sunroom. The 2nd floor has a newly renovated full bath and two large bedrooms with a queen bed in one and three twins in the other.
Home is equipped with cable tv, wifi, and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. All this making for a comfortable indoor stay. Outdoors guests can entertain on the private patio with a large gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating. After the beach enjoy a shower in the enclosed outdoor unit.
The beach down the street is groomed daily , it is the only beach in the area that is groomed and is one of the top 10 beaches on cape cod!
