The home offers a perfect base to explore the numerous outdoor activities in Southern Colorado! The 1-story home is nicely decorated and furnished with new beds (Casper), new bedding, and fully equipped kitchen. With two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the home can easily accommodate 4 guests. In 2020, 2 mini-split A/C systems were added to the bedrooms. The TVs have streaming only, no cable service.
The town of Durango is a short 15 min drive south. In Durango, you will find first class dining, shopping, local breweries and distilleries, and of course the famous Durango-Silverton train!
