This unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests and is within walking distance to WaterColor's shops, dining venues, and the Emerald Coast pristine beaches. Recent updates to the kitchen, reflect brand new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also a dining table that seats 4, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a flat-screen TV and newly remodeled bathroom in 2024!
