Our stunning three-bedroom, three full-bathroom, and two half-bathroom home are situated on a private cul-de-sac at the 13th hole of the Divide Ranch Golf Course. Enjoy unobstructed views of the San Juan and Cimarron mountains.
Several features like the bar, wine cellar, humidor, gym, sauna, ping pong table, and amazing main suite make our home unique and luxurious! The mountain views from pretty much every room in our home are stunning. From the large windows in the kitchen and living room to the many more throughout the house, you will never miss a sunrise or sunset casting over the surrounding mountain ranges.
The grand great room earns its "grand" name by showcasing a four-sided fireplace, massive, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchen is extra spacious and includes high-end appliances to make cooking a breeze!
After working up a sweat in the home gym or exploring the outdoors, the sauna will help you relax and unwind after a long day. The jetted tub in the main bathroom is another relaxing oasis in our home. With several windows by the tub, you can enjoy a bubble bath to soothe your muscles while appreciating the mountain views.
Two office spaces in the home make it perfect for couples or multiple guests who need to work remotely while staying with us.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee of $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
