It has 3 levels with mudroom, laundry and entertainment area with large screen TV on the entry/garage level. There’s a guest cabinet with pool towels, outdoor play equipment and ping pong equipment. There’s a card table with 4 folding chairs and an electric grill. Two sleds(and shovels!) are provided in the winter. The main level includes a sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom with a deep tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features alder cabinetry and granite counters, a center island with stools and stainless appliances. There's a balcony off of this level with a railing mounted counter and 4 stools for outdoor dining. The upper level has an entertainment area with a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and big-screen TV. Both the antique washstand and the bookcase store games. The bookshelf has a variety of books pertaining to the Ouray area. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed and a private balcony. The full bath includes a custom walk-in shower. Both bedrooms also have televisions.
