The spacious living room features two oversized sofas, two occasional chairs, and a reading nook with an egg chair, all centered around a 75" Smart TV with Sonos sound system. Enjoy meals at the dining area for six and the breakfast bar for two, while soaking in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Retreat to the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, luxury linens, a small sitting area, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen and a twin bed in a bunkbed setup, along with a 55" Smart TV, sitting area, activity table and access to a full second bath.
The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an oven, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, kettle and crockpot.
Outdoor amenities include a large private balcony with a Weber gas grill and access to a shared deck with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub.
Bring up to two vehicles and enjoy the convenience of parking them in the private lot or take advantage of the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. In summer, it's a short five to nine-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop. There are two flights of stairs down to this unit so those with mobility issues may wish to check out our Designer Condo #2 (VRBO listing 2121452) with no stairs.

1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent.
2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods.
3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included!
4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment.
5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.
6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.
7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a step outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Smoking of anything is only permitted in the parking lot, peace.
8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub areas open 8am-10pm max.
9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors.
10) 2 dog maximum. $100 additional pet fee per stay will be charged. Please clean up after your dog with bags provided in the entryway. Bags must be disposed of in the trash dumpster in the parking lot prior to your departure. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture as it will be inspected after each rental. Damage to furniture will result in a set replacement with matching pieces if necessary and extra cleaning charges may apply. If your dog is reported barking you may be asked to keep it with you or remove it from the residence.
11) Cameras & audio monitor the exterior entrances to the complex.
12) Early check-in/Late check-out is currently not available due to shortage of staff in Colorado resort towns.
