This retreat only has one year old (2023) and was the owner's old office, but now it has been converted into a well-appointed house with everything new. Enjoy a wonderful downtown location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, Jorgensen Park, Fred Field Center, and Gunnison Pioneer Museum. Outdoor enthusiasts can have a picnic and enjoy watching the river at West Tomichi River Park or book a fly fishing trip with AEI Fly Fishing.
This budget-friendly retreat has a little outdoor patio with a convenient gas fireplace, where you can curl up with your favorite blanket and tell entertaining stories or plan your next adventures.
