The kitchen has been transformed into a luxurious haven for your culinary creations with stainless appliances and white marble countertops. The oversized washer and dryer mean laundry will be a snap.
The summertime pool and year-round hot tub in the building's common area are just two more features that will be sure to please. And, the location right next to the Coonskin Chairlift makes accessing the slopes a breeze. Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the hot tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.
