Entry Level: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a king sized bed, and a full bath between the bedrooms. Lower Level: a pleasant sitting room with extra sleeping (a double bed and twin bunk beds) and laundry room. Mid Level: a large fully appointed kitchen, a separate dining room and a spacious living area with sliders leading to the deck. Upper level: another bedroom with a queen bed and access to the screened porch and a bath off the hallway.
There are views of Drummer Cove, a tidal estuary, from the deck. It is very close proximity to a small neighborhood tidal inlet beach, with swimming at mid tides, as well as to a wonderful walking path along the shoreline. It is about a 7 -10 minute drive to Wellfleet Center and the Harbor as well as to the ocean beaches and the freshwater ponds. There are 5 A/C mini split units have been installed, one in each sleeping location and one in the living space. EV charger available upon request for an additional per week fee. 3 night minimums available out of season with and added cleaning fee. 7 nights or longer include cleaning fee.
