Belmont Village is a wonderful, new small neighborhood of high-end duplexes right off “The Circle” near I-35 in Waco, Texas. All 1,050 2BR/2BA homes have polished concrete throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, walk-in closets for each bedroom, and lovely tall ceilings.
Each home is equipped with two TVs with streaming capabilities and high-speed Internet. Convenient washer/dryer in unit. Each home also has a private, fenced yard with patio and storage unit. A bit about me: I own and operate two short-term vacation rentals on the VRBO platform. They are ranked the TOP TWO in Waco for 5-star reviews (and #6 and #7 in Texas out of 29,000 VRBO rentals).
