Spacious 3 bed 3 bath with large backyard over-looking the city of Albuquerque with incredible views of the beautiful Sandia mountains. Kid and pet friendly with a play gym in the backyard. Hot tub for adults is in backyard as well. Space for RV parking. Upstairs balcony is perfect for balloon fiesta watching. Ten minute drive from balloon fiesta park. Plenty of restaurants & breweries in the area.
I am so sorry to anyone using a mobile device and seeing that the home is not suitable for kids and no pets allowed. This glitch looks like it is only when using a mobile device. But please rest assured that this home is perfectly suitable for kids with a small playground in the back and a great balcony to play on. Pets are also allowed for an additional fee but there is a great back yard for them to roam. Thank you!
