You will enjoy the private, sugar-white, beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. There are activities available to all ages and perfect for family getaways! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the awesome Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus, you are just a 15-minute drive from all of the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer!
The condo has room for the whole family! The owner has just completed an extensive remodel! All the living room furniture is brand new, the new mattresses are super comfy! There is a King-size bed in the Master suite, and a bunk bed with a queen bed in the guest room. This condo has great gulf views from the entry deck. as well as the balcony which is situated next to the nature preserve. The new dining table seats six. Beach chairs, toys, cooler, umbrella, shade tent and beach cart are all in the condo for your convenience. This property is a MUST-SEE!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
