This newly renovated, one bedroom/one bath condo is located in the beautiful Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. This unit offers flat screen TV & DVD players in the den and bedroom, stereo in the den, ceramic tile floors throughout and your own personal Wi-Fi network. New renovations include granite in kitchen/bath, soft close cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless steel microwave, stove & dishwasher. A new ceramic tile walk-in shower was just installed last month! The newly updated kitchen comes stocked with all the items necessary to create the perfect meal! This is perfect for families of 4-5, couples, girls retreats, and just a place to relax. There's a queen size sofa sleeper in the den, a queen size bed in the master and a very nice twin size air mattress is available as well. The master bedroom offers privacy doors for when you want to relax after the day's activities, while the kids watch their favorite movie in the den. No need to carry keys to the beach, this unit has keyless entry for your convenience! Forgot to bring enough clothes or want to wear your lucky shirt more than once? No Problem! There is a washer and dryer in the unit just for you!
Enjoy your morning coffee or your after dinner drink while taking in some of the best views in the complex from your very own private balcony Step outside the front door in the late afternoon and you will catch one of the many beautiful sunsets the "Little Lagoon" side offers. Our private deeded beach across the street comes with a gazebo & it's only a one minute walk from the lobby to our white sandy beach. Our complex offers a resort style setting with its huge pool and rock waterfall, hot tub, palm trees, two lighted & updated tennis (or pickleball) courts, and shuffle board. There's also a boat launch & boat storage available for a fee. National Geographic has also named Gulf Shores one of the top handicap accessible beaches in the US. The city of Gulf Shores is dedicated to making sure people of all abilities can enjoy our beautiful beaches.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
