Our spacious 3-bed/3-bath home is the perfect place for families and friends to spend time in the beautiful San Juan mountains of Colorado. Step out the front door, and you are hiking in the San Juan National Forest. Take in the majesty of the San Juan mountains including the famous "Needles" peaks from our two decks with wonderful, unobstructed views of Engineer Peak and numerous '14ers'. You can be on the slopes in a matter of minutes with Purgatory ski resort just one mile south offering world-class skiing in the winter, and countless summer activities. A short 20-minute drive down the road and you will be in Durango experiencing all the joys of this wonderful mountain town.
Cascade Village offers some of the best on-site amenities in the area. Kids of all ages will love the game room and indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. Book a meal at the private restaurant, or rent your skis at the private ski shop.
