JJ's 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home has stunning views of the Sneffel's Mnt. Range, large floor to ceiling windows. NOTE: The elevation is 8,750, so please consider that if you have heart issues.
Enjoy the wrap around deck for leisure and taking in extraordinary Southern exposure sunsets. The home is reminiscent of fire towers and tree houses, with BIG views and privacy.
The open free flow floor plan will comfortably accommodate your group, sleeping and dining up to 6 people. The entire home has been remodeled with NEW 2021 flooring, furnishings and a fresh coat of paint, throughout. Enjoy NEW 2021 luxurious bedding, pillows, comforter, duvet and cozy soft Alpaca blankets. We provide a extra set of sheets in the event you need a change out. We also provide laundry detergent and fabric softner. Enjoy, new state of the art 2021 LG washer and dryer, with steam. We know this is your time away from the stress that daily life can bring. That being said, we want to make it enjoyable and memorable, so please, let us know how we can help?
Note: At this time we are making our home PET FRIENDLY. We need to implement a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per dog, no pets over 45 LBS. PLEASE keep pets off of furniture and bedding. We need you to pickup after your pets! Please bag POO from the premises and dispose into the outdoor trash bin. We do provide a large crate, water and food bowl. Please follow the pet rules, so that we can keep this home available to pet owners, thank you for your efforts and understanding. Lets work together to keep this home pet friendly, thank you.

Summary: We really liked the entry level floor with its open floor plan. The floor length windows made it easy and enjoyable to watch the mountain scenery. The lower level with the bedrooms was neat and had everything we needed. Our host, Tammy was immediately on top of the one issue we had with the property. We will stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the Dish TV service had many channels but ESPN was not one of them. I also found the driveway entrance difficult to find since the house number was on the garage 15 to 20 feet below road level and you can not see it after dark with you car headlights. There is nothing on the road level to indicate where the downward angled driveway is.
