The space
This is a new & modern one bedroom, one bath apartment in the city. It’s in a residential neighborhood with a restaurant and storefront across the street.
The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, families, and travelers that don’t want the hustle bustle of downtown, but proximity to all Seattle has to offer. The apartment is a short walk to the Mt. Baker light rail station and there is also a free parking space if you bring a car. You can get to most places in the city within 10-15 minutes by car or light rail.
The apartment has an open & spacious floor plan with plenty of sunlight. Additionally, this apartment has an actual bedroom with a door for privacy from the living room & kitchen area. The apartment has heated floors and radiant heating to stay warm in the chilly months, as well as a portable air condition unit to stay cool in the summer months. As a thank you for choosing to stay here, we provide our guests with welcome refreshments.
The living room comes equipped with a smart TV, a lift coffee table that will convert to a workspace, and a pull out sofa to offer more sleeping space to accommodate 1-2 guests. The well-appointed bedroom provides a queen bed to accommodate 1-2 guests, a smart TV, and a spacious closet with extra linen, iron, ironing board, pillows, space to hang clothes and store luggage.
