BEDROOMS
The Queen bedroom has a 32" smart TV, rain shower head, walk-in shower, iron and ironing board, memory foam mattress, velvet black-out curtains, and a sound machine to ensure a peaceful night of sleep.

✹ QUIET HOURS AND GENERAL RULES - Primary guest making the reservation must be 21 years or older and must be staying on the premises during the reservation. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the premises. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited. No fireworks or hunting allowed on the property.
✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT - Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a property rental agreement with the house rules. No door codes or property address will be given without this.
✹ PET POLICY - To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, animals are not permitted at the property. The only exception is for trained service animals, which must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Guests traveling with a service animal are responsible for ensuring the animal is well-behaved, does not create excessive noise or disturbances, and is not left unattended in the home at any time. ✹ VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - There are 4 exterior cameras (1 camera at the front of the building overlooking the parking lot, 1 doorbell camera at the front door, 1 camera at the back patio, 1 camera at the end of the building) monitoring and recording the driveway and side of the house for security. They are on 24/7, recording video and audio. Videos may be stored for 1-365 days for security or house rules breach review. There is no surveillance inside.

Fern & Forest welcomes intimate events, celebrations, retreats, and gatherings; however, all events must be approved in advance by the property owners. Guests wishing to host an event, party, meeting, retreat, or gathering of any kind must provide prior notice and receive written approval before booking or hosting the event.
In addition, all approved events require a separate Event Agreement to be signed and returned prior to the event date.
