The space
3 bedroom, 2 bath and fully equipped kitchen. Located in our fruit orchards with specacular views of the vineyard, gardens and castle from private balcony. Mostly quiet during the day. Events take place most evenings between the hours of 6-9pm (hours may vary). Parking is private and reserved during an event. Access to the grounds is closed each night by a large gate. You are welcome to come and go during these closed hours, however will need to simply un-latch the chain, open the gate, and close the gate behind you.
Includes fully equipped kitchen for on site meal preparation - dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. washer and dryer included. Large closet with extra bedding. Strong Wifi with desk and workspace area. TV with streaming services.
Guests will have access to the apartment only. Feel free to admire the grounds, but because this is a full-time wedding and corporate event center, we ask that you only use the space provided. If you would like a more thorough tour of our grounds and buildings, please ask and we are happy to arrange for someone to show you around. Thank you in advance!
Other things to note
This is a brand new building so the outside grounds of the building are still under construction. You may hear a little noise during the day. The landscaping of the property is not yet complete. You will still be able to enjoy the beautiful grounds of Wadley Farms and the Orchards right outside the door.
