This 2021 built townhome on Gull Lake has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a two-car garage making this the perfect home to host multiple families. 3,250 square feet and three levels allow plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home is part of the Causeway on Gull Resort. . The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs and a sauna at the outdoor pool house. A short stroll down the wooded trail past your private fire pit, the indoor pool building and the Causeway Clubhouse have a selection of arcade games plus ping pong and foosball.
The home rental includes a dedicated boat slip on Gull Lake. There is plenty of room for trailer parking so you can bring your own boat and have space to park the ice castle in the winter months.
